My Nike Shoes

Sunday, November 16, 2014
In 2014 alone I bought 3 pairs of Nike sneakers.

They are the Nike Air Max Thea, Nike Palm Tree Roshe Run, and Nike Air Force One.

It all started with Nike AF1 being featured by TheBeautyCrush (my fav Youtuber <3) in one of her styling videos. My obsession with these kicks began there. I sincerely hope that I would stop because honestly it is getting out of hand haha (Judge me not!). But the main reason for getting all these is that they are REALLY versatile. Sneakers with dress is no longer a taboo, but rather seen as a fashion trend.

This is my latest pair, the Nike Air Max Thea (YES I BOUGHT IT! You can read my dilemma over here).

Bangkok Shopping Day 3 [Chatuchak Weekend Market, Thip Samai Restaurant, Mr Jones Orphanage Cafe]

Tuesday, November 11, 2014
Last post on Bangkok!

Although we were there for 4D3N, but the last day was really some last minute shopping at Platium Mall and catching up on packing so I'm not gonna have a separate post on it.

It's a Saturday morning and we left the hotel (The 93 Hotel at Pratunam area) by taxi to Chatuchak Market. It cost us about 250-300 baht for 3 persons if I do remember correctly, and about 30 minutes to get there. We were really quite worried as it started drizzling here and there, but thank God that the rain eventually stopped, and we got quite a good weather due to the drizzle cooling off the entire place that morning.

Starbucks Singapore and Mini Shoot

Monday, October 27, 2014
A day out with Starbucks.

If you know me, you would know that I have never drink Starbucks because of a certain reason.

I broke my rule that Wednesday, because two days back I was just dreaming about a cup of good Hot Green Tea Latte quite a few times in a nap. I knew I had to get it, because the craving is real. And not many places do sell a good cup of green tea latte except the most convenient place: Starbucks.

What turned out to be an actual casual shoot became an advertorial for Starbucks instead. Whilst strolling from City Hall to Bugis, we stumbled upon these few great spots that complements the brown and green outlooks of the usual Starbucks packaging. Have a look at it below:

WANTS: Nike Air Max Thea

I guess, Nike has been slowly releasing its intoxicating kicks to the market for the minimalist girls.

My first contact with these classic kicks were from The Beauty Crush (a.k.a. Sammi), the Nike Air Force ones which I got it.

Singapore: HSBC Tree Top Walk [Macritchie Reservoir, Venus Drive]

Friday, October 17, 2014
Working in the hostel exposes me to quite a few attractions in Singapore, and one of which is this HSBC Tree Top Walk. It must have been there for a while, but I have never ever thought of stepping foot into somewhere so deep within Singapore until I've gotten my camera. [CRITIQUES, PLEASE!] Seems like a pretty good place to explore and sharpen my photography skills. My friend and I decided to check this place out just because school starts... bummer!

Finally conquered this Tree Top Walk from the shortest distance! We took about a total of 3 hours including 1 or 2 short breaks and stopping for photos along the way. Almost anyone can take this route because we didn't really know anything before embarking on the journey. Since there isn't a clear blog post that I can find while researching on how to go to this particular place, I figured out that I would post some pictures along with directions so it will be easy for those looking to go to this particular place.

Bangkok Shopping Day 2: We got pickpocket-ted!? [Pratunam Morning Market, Platinum Mall, Dalat Rot Fai]

Friday, September 26, 2014
I'm back with day 2 of Bangkok! To read day 1, click here.

After the first night of being weary and going to the Siam Night Market, we persisted on for the Pratunam Morning Market again! Hello, what is sleep when you only have 4D3N in Bangkok?

We skipped breakfast at first, apparently our luggages needs to be filled before our tummies get filled.

What I love about The 93 Hotel is that Pratunam Morning Market is just STEPS away from the hotel. There's no where else you would get such a good location at a price like this (80 SGD per person for 3 nights). We headed out at about 7am and the shops were already bustling.

August WANTS.

Friday, August 22, 2014
I really wanted a Roshe for a while after looking at how beautiful the customs are.

The floral ones especially are amazing.

But I do dislike one fact of it, that it strikes off as too girly and hard to match.

Then I found myself loving this pair of limited edition (at least that I know of) Roshe.

It's the Nike Palm Tree Roshe♪

REVIEW: NARS Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil Happy Days

Tuesday, August 19, 2014
This will be my first product review ever on this blog.

Today I'll be sharing on one of my new favourite brand, NARS.

At where I stay (Singapore), there was recently a sale going on at TANGS so I managed to grab this gorgeous lip pencil.

I asked the sales person for a orangey, coral shade and he recommended this shade, Happy Days.
